- Chocolate is all about sex, romance, and sexuality.
- So what next? After we explore our metaphorical relationship with food, how do we reconcile that information with our everyday lives
- We’re the experts of our bodies!! We’re the only ones that really can understand what the food metaphors mean.

Compassion plus curiosity that is so true. Recently i m passing quite a difficult time. I find art(painting my feelings and energy )so helpful to watch without (or with less)judgment and severity and I can discover things of myself more freerly. I think that my being stubborn (sometimes a obstacole to recovery )is also a defence towards judgment (self judgment first!)
