When do the courses start?

Do I have to do the course and complete assignments in a certain timeframe?
Because this is a self-study course, you get to pick your timeframe.
How much time does it take?
The ten videos and six audios are approximately four to five minutes long. You can take as little or as much time as you want to respond to the reflective questions for each lesson in the journal that will be provided. And since you can go to the course whenever you want, you can do them all the way through or do a little here and there. So, you get to decide how much time you want to spend -- and when. If jumping in and doing it all at once suits you that is an option; if you prefer to do a little at a time, that’s fine also.
How long will I be able to access the course?
Yes. Once you sign up you will have your own pass code and can watch the videos over and over. You’ll be able to download the workbook and the rest of the materials to keep for as long as you would like.

I have three sequential eight-week interactive courses: The New Crescent Moon (beginning), Under the Light of the Full Moon (intermediate), and an advanced course, The Beauty of the Unseen Moon. These are interactive courses with participants from around the world who chat with me on a daily forum and in live calls. While chiming in on the forum is encouraged, it isn’t required. Just seeing what others write can be amazing. And the support from all the women who understand your struggle is incredible.
Because they are interactive, just like a class, we begin at a certain date and end at a certain date. But you can access the daily material whenever you want. If you are up at 3 am and can’t sleep – you can always go to the Café to see what is happening.

How do I signup?
How is this course different than other Light of the Moon Courses
First of all, it is a self-study course so, although you won’t have the daily interactive forum that I respond to in the Moon Modules or the live calls with me, self-study means you don’t have to wait for a particular time the course starts -- and you can begin whenever you want to. There is, however, a comments section so you can post your main “takeaway” for the activities and see how others are experiencing the course

Yes. While the some of the stories and metaphors may be familiar to you, the focus of this course is on how to find your voice and develop assertive communication. It introduces the reasons why assertiveness is such an essential skill for recovering from disordered eating and provides step-by-step instruction on how to be assertive in your life (so you won’t have to use food to communicate to you and for you) and consists of brand new instructional videos. So if you would like a quick review of some of those ideas, plus help in putting them into practice, this course would be perfect.
